This began as a random landscape, in an attempt to bypass my usual detail encrusted images that take weeks to finish. It proved popular with my followers and has been added to the Joe Freedom series.
To me the image represents 05:29 on Monday July 16th, 1945. Deep in the New Mexico Desert the first Nuclear Detonation occurred. This event changed the course of human history. Leading to some wonderful inventions and some equally frightening possibilities.
